1. 1Presentation

   

   We provide our customers with suggestions for new packages and materials.
   We constantly strive for better products by suggesting improvements to existing products.

2. 2Creating design data

   

   This includes product planning and marketing research as well as package design artwork through to final production.

3. 3Creating plate-making data

   

   Separating the colors of the design data and converting to plate-making data.

4. 4Plate-making

   

   Using two different methods, laser and helio, we engrave a high-quality image on the cylinders to create a printing plate.

5. 5Printing

   

   This is the process of actually printing onto the film.
   We are committed to resolving environmental issues, so we use water-based inks. We reproduce the colors specified by our customers.

6. 6Lamination processing

   

   Depending on the type of final product, different films are combined together to create composite films during lamination processing.

7. 7Slit process

   

   In this process, the finished printed and laminated film is slit to the customer’s specified size.

8. 8Bag manufacturing

   

   The film that was cut during the slit process is then processed into a variety of shapes suitable for snacks, sandwiches, rice balls and more.

9. 9Quality control

   

   In order to deliver quality products to our customers with peace of mind, we check whether or not our products are correctly made, as well as any odors, product strength, and more.

10. 10Product management

    

    A barcode management system enables product inventory management and rapid, accurate shipping.
